Former Texan-turned-New Yorker, Chinae Alexander is an entrepreneur, lifestyle personality, writer, speaker, and wellness expert based in Brooklyn, New York. Her message is to empower people to be better through positive thinking, active change, and self-love with a lot of laughing and curse words along the fucking way (see what she did there?!).

In addition to publicly talking about her deep inner dislike of kale in front of thousands on the internet, Chinae owns a successful event planning company, speaks to groups all over the country, is in the beginning stages of her first book, and has created your new favorite podcast, Press Send. When she’s not trying to change the world, you'll find Chinae pondering whether or not a runner’s high is actually a “thing” while enjoying a glass of Malbec and a nice salad.*

Also, it's weird to write about yourself in third person, so I'm really sorry about that guys. I'll make it up to you next time.

xx Chinae

Content Creator

For me, becoming an Instagram personality was a complete accident. I was interviewing for a social media position at a fitness company, so I made a "wellness" Instagram account to show that I had an interest in the field. Turns out I didn't get the job I WANTED, but instead found the passion I NEEDED. I'm honored to share stories every day with people all over the world. And, can I just say...I'm really, really glad I didn't get that desk job.

brand ambassador

One of my favorite things about what I do is being an ambassador for brands I truly believe in. We all consume marketing whether we want to or not. My goal is for it to suck a little LESS while being a LOT more authentic. Telling true stories and creating better content is something we all have a responsibility to do, and I love working with like-minded partners to achieve this goal. If that sounds like something that you're interested in, head on over HERE.

Social ENTREPRENEUR

My entrepreneurial life started in a Greek diner on 33rd and Lexington over lukewarm coffee and extra lukewarm scrambled eggs — a story I'll make you buy my book to read (told you I was an entrepreneur). The Cliff Notes version is this: when I started working for myself, I knew that people were going to be my focus. Through my passion for others, I founded a successful event planning company, and now am focused on growing my personal brand on the interwebs and beyond.

Speaker + Host

Despite the fact that I once almost lost my index finger while filming an on-camera cooking segment and barely kept from falling off stage in front of 350 people at a speaking engagement in Scottsdale, Arizona...being a speaker and on-camera host is one of my favorite things to do. I speak live and on-camera about subjects spanning from creating community to body positivity, entrepreneurship, social media, and of course...girl power. If you're interested in booking me, shoot me a note HERE.
